Only two more weeks until I get my massage!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I love the NTC app - it has me sweating profusely within ten minutes. Feel the burn! I also love getting "badges." Today I finished 120 minutes on the app and unlocked the "Destroyer" badge. Oh yeah. :-)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Running on the Couch to 5k plan is easy for me, and is almost a guilty pleasure. :-P I like running! What I don't seem to like are the five minutes it takes to put on my running shoes and get myself out the door. When I start, though, I feel so...right. :-) It makes me want to push myself to go farther and faster. A year ago, I was running 4-6 miles at least three times a week and I felt great. I decided to slowly get my body back to that point with the Couch to 5k.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Slow and steady wins the race!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In other news, I have been an absolute failure when it comes to drinking water. Since yesterday I am 0/2 with getting up with my alarm. I hit the snooze button and quickly reset my alarm. *blush*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BUT, I got my rear in gear and went to the gym after dinner tonight. Statistically, the first half the year I do great with consistent exercise, but suck at dieting. Then the second half of the year I become sedentary but do much better at dieting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If only I could just get 'er done and form both habits at the same time!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Baby steps.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This week I'm focusing on drinking more water.
